In celebration of a most tremendous milestone,
completing Perek Hamafkid, the 7th grade
journeyed to Sedona to hike up Doe Mountain
and dip in Oak Creek. The day-long trip not only
gave us time to bond with classmates and fellow
Yidden, but it also gave us a chance to experience
the splendor of Hashem"s world. Working up a
sweat climbing a mountain among the spectacular
red rock and following that up with a Tevila in the
cool (!) refreshing waters of Slide Rock has given us
lifelong memories, and more importantly, spiritual
gains in Achdus, Emunah, and Middos Tovos.
