Sunday morning yoga classes at TDSP are an introduction to the practice of Vinyasa Yoga, a flowing, dynamic sequence of poses, involving synchronization of breath with a continuous flow of postures. Paced for all-levels, these classes focus on developing clear and safe alignment in fun, foundational poses. Each week, we challenge our bodies and minds with breathwork, meditation (calming inner mind chatter), deep stretching, and peak poses, such as Headstand and Bird of Paradise. Come learn, play, and break a sweat in a supportive environment. You don’t need to be able to touch your toes; you just have to be willing to try!

Yoga classes are for girls aged 3 and up. They are taught by Mrs. Stephanie Wolff.
