Mr. Harpt’s fourth grade girls partnered up with his daughter Morah Mia’s Fabulous Fours to read together. The fourth graders chose their favorite picture book to read with their buddy. The girls settled around the classroom with their little buddies and started to read.
It was calm as the four-year-olds attentively listened to the stories. They enjoyed having the one-on-one time, having someone read to them. Bracha Zilcha listened as Aviya Elbaz read “Sylvester and the Magic Pebble”. Sima Rosenberg and Tehilla Muroff cuddled in the cozy center, as Shifra Brumer read “What Did I Look Like When I Was a Baby”. The room was filled with a sense of calm as the sound of reading drifted throughout the room.
